I managed another quick layout today. This one is featuring my puppy having a nap, it's a hard life being a puppy!!

What's in the coffee cup?

There is a challenge over on Digital Scrap Cafe called What's in the coffee cup?
They tell you what it's in the coffee cup and you have to do a layout with the items. So this month's items were:-

Night time photos
Very dark background
Very bright decorations
One-word title

And here is my layout



The photo is of the sunrise in Egypt from our hotel balcony.

More blackberry picking

Here's the second layout which actually comes before the last one. This layout shows the kids picking the blackberries they did manage to find.

Caught in the rain!

Today's layout shows a photo of me and the kids when we decided to go blackberry picking. There is woodland at the back of our house and when we'd been for walks before we'd seen lots of blackberry bushes. This particular day was lovely and sunny but it soon changed. Half way round it went very dark and started to pour down. We stopped and tried to shelter under a tree but still got soaked. We didn't even find many blackberries!!!

Bailey's parts

Heres a layout of Bailey. She is now 10 weeks old and growing fast!!



I love cuddling her on my lap but she is getting much too big now and falls half way off. She has a gorgeous chocolate velvety fur.

Another layout from me and it's another Egypt one! This time it's about our trip to Luxor, a really amazing place.

Scraporchard template challenge

Today I'm showing a layout that I made for the Scraporchard template challenge.



I've used the photos we took of the beach in Egypt at our hotel. Great snorkeling beach!

A couple of layouts

Two layouts from me today each featuring photos from our Egypt holiday.
They are both from our Badawya trip. We spent the day doing some activities and visiting a Bedouin family.
The first is of us after we'd rode the camels. It was a little scary as I was slipping all over the place!

My second layout is of me and my husband again in our shemaghs. We had to wear these to stop all the sand getting into our noses and mouths when we were in the desert. The bottom photo is of the desert landscape.

I was going to put this layout into an OScraps challenge but I didn't read the instructions properly oops!!! But I put it in the gallery anyways.

Oh I've been lucky enough to have two layouts published in the Papers and Pixels gallery. Both are using this months challenge template and one is also using the monthly theme which is Fall.
The first one using the template challenge is the previous new puppy layout but I'll show again. :0)

Badawaya

Whilst in Egypt we went on a trip called Badawaya, it involved trying out quad bikes, spider jeeps and riding a camel!! We also visited a bedouin village to try out some of their bread and to see the very simple way they lived. In this photo we have just finished our camel ride. It's also one of my fav photos too.

New Puppy

We have now had our new puppy for 1 week, she is 9 weeks old now. What a bundle of mischief but we all love her so much. She is getting on really well with our other dog Milly who is 2 years old.

This layout is of Bailey exploring the garden for the first time. Aren't her eyes just gorgeous?



While wandering around the www I found out about a new digital craft mag called "Papers and Pixels". You just need to sign up and each month you receive a digital mag to download. It's for all sorts of crafters, scrapbookers, cardmakers etc. This month there is a free template to follow in a challenge. So I have used it for the layout.

Snorkeling

Here's another layout with a pic from Egypt. The beach where we stayed was ideal for snorkeling we saw so many different fish and creatures.
This is me in my snorkeling gear.



I've used a kit by Irene Alexeeva called Sea of Dreams and it is avaiable from Scrap Orchard.

I am back from a fantastic 2 week holiday in Egypt. I didn't want to come back believe me the weather was fab!!!
So here is my first layout that I did using some of the photos we took. Lol there will be lots more!!



The photos are taken from by the pool side where we spent most of our time.
